By using the Volté website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Payments

Payment must be completed at checkout, or via cash on delivery where available. Orders are confirmed once payment is received or COD is verified.

Warranty & returns

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns are accepted within 30 days as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Liability

Volté is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use beyond the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in Sri Lanka.
